In 1989-2004 period SB-Soft implemented its software solutions successfully in over 25 electricity distribution companies. Databases in these companies contain more than 1,500,000 metering points. Software solutions of a portion of customer information system for electricity sales and billing, for commercial purchasers, were implemented in 1997. The database resides on one location (server) and contains 35,000 purchasers with 50,000 metering points. Software solutions of a portion of customer information system for electricity sales and billing, for residential purchasers, were implemented in 1999. The database containing about 650,000 metering points resides on 9 geographically distant locations (servers). In addition to these 9 servers, a central one was also installed to serve data exchange and synthesis purposes. At present about 450 users use this software solution for their day-to-day operations.

Elektrokrajina Banja Luka (Banja Luka Power Distribution Enterprise)

Software solutions of a portion of customer information system for electricity sales and billing, for commercial purchasers, were implemented in 2000. The database resides on one location (server) and contains 12,000 purchasers with 18,000 metering points. Software solutions of a portion of customer information system for electricity sales and billing, for residential purchasers, were also implemented in 2000. The database containing over 210,000 metering points is centralized and 11 geographically distant locations use data and processing. At present 160 users use this software solution for their day-to-day operations.

Software solutions of a portion of customer information system for electricity sales and billing, for commercial purchasers, were implemented in 1993. The database contains 15,000 purchasers and 25,000 metering points. It resides on 7 geographically distant locations (servers). In addition to these 7 servers, a cental one was also installed to serve data synthesis purposes. At present 30 users use this software solution for their day-to-day operations.
